Description
The Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) is seeking firm pricing for on-call plumbing services for various JHA properties including Brentwood Park Apartments Associates, LTD and The Waves of Jacksonville, LTD. These locations consist of both residential and administrative properties. The residential properties include 2,959 units consisting of high-rise units, family units, elderly and disabled units, and scattered sites. See Attachment G for a current list of JHA’s office locations that include the names of the Property Managers and Property Foreman’s along with a contact number. A detailed list of properties can be found in Attachment G1.
