Work includes removal and disposal of existing HVAC equipment and installation of a new HVAC equipment at NCTD’s BREEZE Operations Facility – West Division, BREEZE Operations Facility – East Division (Base Bid) and Tremont Building (Option Bid). Project duration is 130 Calendar Days. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on Sept 3rd. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE GFE Partially Federally Funded.
