2020 CDBG Sidewalk Improvement Project, Casa Grande, AZ

The project generally consists of furnishing and installing four new sidewalk curb ramps in the vicinity of Cruz Park and West Park in the City of Casa Grande, where shown on the plans (construction drawings). The completed work shall provide accessible, barrier-free routes for the disabled community to access these two City Parks. Principal/significant items of work include, but are not limited to, furnishing materials and constructing the following: Concrete pavement removals (curb & gutter, valley gutter & aprons, sidewalks), Asphalt pavement removals, Water valve adjustment, Sidewalk curb ramp construction (4 total, 2 types), Sidewalk construction, Curb and gutter construction (roll & vertical), Valley gutter construction (with apron areas), Asphalt pavement construction, Site restoration and cleanup, and Miscellaneous items of work to complete the project fully functional for its intended purpose. Work shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after the start date set forth in the "Notice to Proceed" issued to the Contractor. All construction work under the contract shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days to furnish all materials (including equipment delivery time for the materials) and complete all construction work.
