Description
The City of Casa Grande is seeking a general contractor/construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk to perform the work relating to the layout, design, and construction of the City of Casa Grande 2021 CDBG City Hall Sidewalk Project. The work generally consists of constructing sidewalk 4-inches and 8-inches in-depth, sidewalk curb ramps, curb sections, resetting concrete pavers, relocation of pedestrian lights, sidewalk crack repair, miscellaneous infrastructure removals, fixture adjustments, irrigation system modifications, grading work, landscape restoration, and related improvements.
