Description
The City of Newton is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the Annual Interior and Exterior Painting Service Contract. The term of the contract shall extend from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. The City shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to renew some or all of the contracts for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, with no change in the contract price or terms and conditions. DCAMM certification in the Painting category required. Deadline for questions is September 3, 2021 by 12:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
