Description

The contract will include the use of GPS and conventional technology to provide professional surveying services for the City of Denton anywhere within the City’s extra-territorial jurisdiction on an as-needed basis. The total amount of work is undetermined but a minimum of 225 hours a month or 2700 hours a year should be considered as the baseline workload. This workload estimation includes both field and office time. Basic services shall include: • Construction staking • Field design surveys • Topographic surveys • Boundary surveys and analysis • Preparation of easement, right-of-way, and metes & bounds exhibits. Questions are due 2:00 PM on Sept 9th.
