Electrical Distribution System Upgrades –Replace existing panels MSSB, and SB with new panels. Install in location with sufficient clearance space. Install crash bar on existing egress door of electrical room. Heating and Air Conditioning Improvements – Remove 4 heat recovery outside air units and 3 direct make-up air units and replace with new equipment. Remove associated duct, condensate, gas, and electrical connections and install new units with new curbs and utility connections. Remove the evaporator coil from HRU-4 and the associated condensing unit (CU-4). Replace equipment with new and refurbish HRU-4 to operate with new refrigerant dehumidification. Replace the existing INet BAS controls with BACnet Tridium based control system. All new and existing equipment shall be monitored and controlled by new user interface. Replace the underfloor waste piping in the crawlspace of the kitchen with new cast-iron waste lines. Install new supports for all installations. Replace the insulation on the domestic water piping in the crawlspace. Replace the shut-off ball valves at the classroom water closets. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
