Description
The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in
our assessment of the long-term viability of the Leaburg-Walterville Project. The consultant will provide
engineering and related services for developing and evaluating alternative scenarios for reinvestment in the
Leaburg Canal, with each scenario culminating in either relicensing or decommissioning of the LeaburgWalterville Hydroelectric Project.
