Description
Slate Roof: Remove the slates approximately two feet on either side of the leaking Valley. Remove existing metal valley flashing and underlayment. Inspect for any damaged sheathing etc. Install ice and water shield at minimum of three feet wide in valley. Install new copper valley flashing. Reinstall the slates, replacing any damaged slates. Cupola: Inspect cupola as required for leaks and repair as necessary. Lift is needed for cupola and there is limited access.
