Description
The City of Tallahassee is looking for contractors who can provide renovation and construction: The construction of a Passenger Processing Facility and Terminal renovation including but not limited to site preparation; site utilities; portland cement drives, sidewalks and curbs; landscaping; concrete slab on grade; masonry; structural steel. Steel deck and framing; miscellaneous metal fabrications, steel railings and handrails; carpentry; architectural woodworking; moisture control and thermal insulation; roofing; firestopping; doors and hardware; aluminum storefront entrances and curtainwalls; glazing; architectural finishes; louvers; appliances and equipment; entrance grilles; fire protection, detection and suppression; building controls; hydraulic elevator; mechanical plumbing, electrical, security; and communications and data systems and other work indicated in the Contract documents. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
