Description
NAICS Code: 238150 - Glass and Glazing Contractors. Provide all materials and labor to replace the 48 identified glass panels in the Glass Panel Replacement attachment. 1. All panels are to match the existing panels as close as possible and a sample shall be provided to DEA for approval prior to beginning the project. 2. All panels shall be of the Low-E coating type. 3. All panels shall be like in kind size and construction as the original building design. 4. The contractor will be responsible for all necessary measurements/sizing. 5. The contractor shall replace all gaskets and hardware to insure a leak free glass wall. 6. The contractor shall clear all weep holes and drainage openings in the wall system to allow
water to drain out of and not accumulate in the wall system. 4 weeks.
