Description
The Federal Way High School CTE Tenant Improvement project (Project) is located on the existing lawn area adjacent to the existing Federal Way High School (FWHS) building, immediately northwest of the woodshop area. The Project would consist of a fenced enclosure, a canopied work area for teaching and practical demonstrations, including seating/teaching steps. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, minor structural changes, framing, doors and hardware, finishes, plumbing and electrical.
