The work will be performed at Salem Maritime NHS in Salem, MA and Saugus Iron Works NHS in Saugus, MA. The equipment included in this contract is to maintain comfortable work and use spaces for staff and visitors (typical seasonal HVAC systems), and also to control climate in spaces used for storage of museum curatorial collections (these systems use heat, Air Conditioning/cooling (AC) and humidification year-round).
