ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for ground-up construction of 10,640 SF Dollar General #235766 at 18150 Becker Rd, Hockley TX 77447 for the following trades: Abatement, Acoustical Ceilings, Automatic Doors, Concrete Flooring (Includes Sealed), Concrete (New Construction), Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, Earthwork / Excavation / Site Work, Electrical, Erosion Control / SWPPP, Fencing, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Glass & Mirrors, HVAC, Hydromulching, Insulation, Joint Sealer, Lab / Materials Testing, Landscaping / Irrigation, Metal Buildings, Painting / Wall Covering, Plumbing, Ponds & Fountains, Roofing, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour Back, Septic Systems, Site Utilities / Underground Utilities, Steel – Erection, Steel - Structural / Steel Fabrication, Surveying, Temporary Fencing, Waterproofing, Wheelstops, Fire Tank.
