Description
The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) on behalf of SHARP, is soliciting sealed bids for Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 2137-RTma for 5248 Southwest Ave. Demolition 2021, 5248 Southwest Ave., Sacramento, CA 95824. Demolish existing 2-story residential apartment building and all concrete flat work. Remove selected trees and install new chain link fencing with gate at front. Possible subcontracting trades are Building Moving/ Demolition; Earthwork & Paving; Fencing; General Engineering; Tree Service. Any “A-General Engineering” contractors wishing to be the prime must also hold the C-21 license. Subject to Federal labor standards. Questions are due by 12:00 PM on Sept 17th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
