The work to be performed under this contract includes the milling and resurfacing of Passaic Street from Market Street to 4th Street, Oak Street from Paulison Avenue to Linden Street, Howe Avenue from Van Houten Avenue to Parkview Place, and Linden Street from Oak Street to Howe Avenue, including the installation and/or replacement of curbs, sidewalks, driveways, ADA curb ramps, curb pieces, and other incidentals. Principal items of work in the project include: 19,275 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3” or less, 2,830 Ton Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course, 1,240 S.Y. Concrete Sidewalk, 4” Thick The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
