Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide semi-annual preventive maintenance (PM) services, annual load bank (LB) testing and emergency callout services for eleven (11) generators located in Bay City, Texas. The contractor will need to respond within 2 hours for service callouts. Questions are due by 4:00 PM on Sept 13th. The latest start date for the contract shall be September 28, 2021, or within 5 days of contract execution whichever is earlier. The contract period will be for 365 days. Prevailing wages apply.
