Description
It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids to undertake bus stop improvements for 8 bus stop sites as specified in plans. Contractor will follow plans to prepare existing groundwork which can require remove existing concrete pad, cinder block wall with bench, concrete curb, and bus stop signs. Concrete pads will be poured at each site in order to install the prefabricated bus stop shelters. In addition, the reconstruction of parts of sidewalk, curb, and ADA amenities such as ramps may be part of the work needed to be performed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE GFE
