On-Call Maintenance Beam Guide Rail and Attenuator Repair for Various Locations, County of Atlantic, NJ

The intent of this Maintenance Contract is to repair or replace damaged beam guide rail and/or end treatments, nonstandard beam guide rail to existing standards or construct guide rail at locations which warrant its placement, in accordance with the NJDOT specifications and NJDOT Standard Construction Details-2016. The additional design details may be provided by RE at the time of the request. Further, the intent of this contract is to repair or replace, (in-kind or by any other approved system) damaged, deteriorated or vandalized crash cushion units; upgrade existing crash cushion units; or construct crash cushion units at locations which warrant placement, in accordance with NJDOT specifications and NJDOT Standard Construction Details-2016, and as directed by the Resident Engineer. Bonds Required. The contractor or subcontractor agrees to make good faith efforts to meet targeted county employment goals established in accordance with N.J.A.C. l7:27-5.2.
