Oak Grove Park Turf Conversion Lighting & ADA Compliance, Miami, FL

The work described in the contract documents including but not limited to Turf conversion from natural field to synthetic turf, sports lighting and ADA compliance, scope of work in general includes but is not limited to: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to comply with the intent of the work described in the contract documents to replace existing natural grass soccer field with artificial turf. Artificial turf includes new geotextile grid/fabric, new drainage system, new concrete curb with nailer board, new artificial turf and infill. This scope also includes, the installation of a new chain link fence with vehicular pipe gates and four pedestrian gates around the new soccer field; new soccer field sports lighting system; new outdoor WIFI system in various areas throughout the park; new concrete walk path with landscaping between the soccer field and NE 8th Avenue; new irrigation lines to be connected to the existing irrigation system; replace damaged bleachers with new bleachers and concrete pads surrounding the soccer field. Demo portions of existing concrete walk paths; install new ADA compliant concrete walk paths at various locations throughout the entire Oak Grove Park; install new park benches, trash receptacles, picnic tables and BBQ grills at various locations as indicated in the contract.
