Description
Construction of a new 24' X 105' metal shade, including roofing, framing, columns, footings, etc. Installation of a new fire sprinkler system and a 6" water supply line, approx. 283 L.F. in length, and appurtenances. Contractor shall commence Work under the Contract on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceed or within fourteen (14) days thereafter. Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion within 45 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion within 60 calendar days following Substantial Completion. Bonds
