Janitorial Services for Blacksburg Transit, Blacksburg, VA

The Town of Blacksburg is requesting proposals from qualified cleaning service providers for our Blacksburg Transit facility. The scope of services includes all labor, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning equipment needed to provide required cleaning services at Blacksburg Transit located at 2800 Commerce St, Blacksburg, VA 24060. Given the high quality cleaning services expected to be provided, a minimum of two staff members shall be present each evening. The work schedule shall be Monday through Friday beginning at 8:00pm for a minimum of six hours per evening. As funding allows, cleaning services for special events and Sunday evenings for the Operations and Maintenance areas may be added to this contract. This annual contract shall begin on December 1, 2021 and may be renewed annually for four additional one year terms. Q&A due by 5pm, 9/8/21.
