Dominion University- Tri-Cities Center- HRBRC Suite at 1070 University Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA. The project is generally described as a 11,514-square foot interior renovation on the second floor of a 25,426- square foot existing second floor of a building. The renovation includes new interior partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, and the associated PME work. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/7/21. SBE goal 50%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
