Description

The Harrison Central School District is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform Elevator Maintenance and Service. The term of the contract shall be in effect from the date of award continuing through June 30, 2022 unless earlier terminated as set forth in these specifications. The contract will include an option to renew for a one-year period, for a second and a third year, at the discretion of the Board of Education. Contract renewal will be subject to any adjustments or agreement between the parties, but limited to a maximum increase the same as the annual Consumer Price Index change. Prevailing wages
