Description
The work of this project consists generally of: without limitation, mobilization, traffic control, construction layout, notification and incidentals, selective demolition, site clearing and grubbing, staging area and temporary access road, stormwater pollution prevention, grading and earthwork, storm drainage/relocation of retention pond, decomposed granite paving, loose fill surfacing, fence, guardrails and gates, custom seating, gabion retaining walls, pirate ship delivery, reconstruction of pirate ship (assemble on site, repair, replace and refinish by staining/painting, etc.), installation of the ship (slab foundation), ship’s compliance adjustments (guardrail at upper deck, upper deck occupiable by public), prefab bridge to access ship upper deck, bridge install/foundation, electrical work, coordination with artist representative and other work on city-furnished and installed items (planting and irrigation), and project closeout documents. 150 days completion.
