Agency Contract for Custodial Services, Douglasville, GA

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide Custodial Services to West Georgia Technical College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. West Georgia Technical College (WGTC) is requesting bids for Custodial Services for nine (9) locations to include Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, Troup, Haralson, Hear, and Meriwether County. The objective of this procurement is to obtain the highest level of custodial services from one qualified provider. No Subcontractors Allowed. Services shall include cleaning of all classrooms, offices, conference rooms and common areas, including hallways, waiting areas, janitorial closets, elevators, stairwells and landings, restrooms, external and internal entryways, break areas, and lobby areas.
