Description
The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for tenant improvements at two locations: 1. OCFA Fire Station 14 located at 29402 Silverado Canyon Rd., Silverado, CA 92676 and 2. OCFA Fire Station 16 located at 28891 Modjeska Canyon Rd., Silverado, CA 92676. The project includes selective demolition, new restrooms, shower rooms, counters, doors, ADA Braille Signage, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, concrete slab work, finishes, carpet, floor covering, tile, painting, new parking. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
