Description
Work includes construction of a removal of an existing 72” diameter Tideflex duck bill backwater valve and steel backer plate at the CSO 18 overflow structure, removal of the existing like of the outfall structure CSO 18, and installation of a new replacement 72” Coplastix backwater valve and new lid for the overflow structure located Southeast of the Intersection of Lincolnway East Drive and East Sample Street in South Bend, all more particularly described in plans and specifications prepared by American Structurepoint, Inc., phone 317-547-5580. Q&A due by 9/7/21. Bonds required.
