Alterations to Gymnasium Voluntary Barrier Removal Site Improvements Phase 2, Bakersfield, CA

The scope of work shall include but not necessarily be limited to, all labor, materials & equipment as required and necessary for the demolition of existing restroom, shower, toilet room & partial demo of activity room and exterior second floor exterior concrete exit desk and railing including hazardous material removal and miscellaneous site and utility demolition. Scope shall also include remodel of the men's restroom and remodel of (E) shower / toilet / locker room to a women's restroom. Work shall also include grading, utilities, foundations, concrete site work, framing, interior and exterior finishes, ceilings, doors, windows, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical power, lighting, signal, fire alarm & coordination with modular elevator manufacturer for the complete installation of the modular elevator with all required and necessary structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, etc., as required to ensure a complete & functional project ready for occupancy. This project is anticipated to start on approximately October 11, 2021 and will have a duration of three hundred one (301) calendar days for completion. Prequalification required. See attached.
