Description
This project involves the replacement of the SR 0116 (Hanover Road) bridge over the South Branch of Conewago Creek. The replacement bridge is a two lane, 148’-0” long, two-span composite, prestressed concrete PA bulb tee beam structure with a curb-to-curb width of 38’-0” consisting of two 11’-0” lanes and two 8’-0” shoulders. The construction also includes full-depth replacement and overlay and widening of the roadway approaching the structure and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for State Route 0116, Section 051, in Adams County, Conewago & Union Townships, from Segment 0430 Offset 0439 to Segment 0440 Offset 2235, for an overall project length of 4,384.27 linear feet (0.830 mile). DBE goal 6%. Prequalification required. Prevailing wages apply.
