Description
The chosen Contractor(s) shall provide the management, supervision, manpower and equipment necessary to provide the Professional Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance Services as detailed in the proposal. The Contractor(s) will supply the pine straw/mulch needed to perform the scope of work as defined in this RFP. All equipment shall be supplied by the Contractor. Any additional materials or work defined as that agreed upon between the System and the Contractor that is above the scope as defined by the RFP will be charged at an agreed upon rate between both parties.
