Description
The City of South San Francisco (City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for construction management for the Orange Memorial Park Sports Field Project (Project) in the City of South San Francisco. It is the intent of the City to engage the most qualified consultant to provide the inspection and construction management services. The City of South San Francisco is renovating the sports fields at Orange Memorial Park to offer upgraded fields for baseball, softball and soccer with synthetic turf, new bleachers, lighting, electronic scoreboards and safety netting. Construction of this project is anticipated to start early Spring 2022, immediately follow completion of the Orange Memorial Storm Water Project.
