Description
The work to be performed under the Special Provisions consists of Miller Park Restroom Renovation in Sacramento at 2710 Ramp Way. The improvements will consist of renovating the existing restrooms at Miller Park and include, demolition, electrical, lighting, plumbing, restroom fixtures, doors, painting, signage, and accessible parking.
Project duration is 40 working days. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on Sept 15th. Bonds required. LBE Preference applies. See attached for bids under $250K.
