Description
The City of Page, Arizona is seeking bids from qualified contractors, to remove and dispose of existing roof shingles, provide and install new synthetic roofing underlayment and new +50 (lifetime) year warranty, architectural roof shingles. Remove and replace all existing drip metal, roof flashings with industry standard drip metal and flashings. The contractor shall achieve substantial completion of the entire project not later than December 31, 2021, subject to adjustments of this contract time with approval of the city. Bonds
