Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a qualified firm to complete utility infrastructure trenching required for the new Kingman Animal Control Facility to be constructed at Burbank Street just south of the Mohave County ARC facility, on behalf of the Public Works Department. The property selected is undeveloped land. Utilities are available in Burbank Street, but are not stubbed into the property. The scope of this work is to stub in the various utilities in preparation for construction of the facility. All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
