Description
The work includes and is the result of performing or providing all labor services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction; furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction; and may include related services such as testing, startup, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents. The project generally consists of clearing and grubbing the site and constructing utilities, roadway, detention basins for a new subdivision development.
