Description
The work includes: (1) Demolish and properly recycle existing sanitary sewer lift station with concrete sump, pumps, motors, supports, pump controller & control devices. (2) Remove existing power service back to existing electrical panel. (3) Remove concrete pad area, portion of the asphalt paving & fencing. (4) Excavate portion of the landscape area for new concrete pad. (5) Install new lift station with fiberglass sump, duplex submersible pumps, pump controller and control devices. (6) Install new electrical supply to pump controller and new exterior lighting to the area, concrete pad, asphalt paving, new double gate and fencing around the new area. (7) All necessary work in the drawings & specs provided. The project is located at 40000 Paseo Padre Parkway, Freemont, CA. Time for completion is 90 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
