Description
The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) is issuing a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) from firms with a strong record in project and construction management for new commercial office building projects. The selected consultant will provide overall management of project implementation from preliminary planning through completion of construction under GBRA’s direction. GBRA’s procurement policy provides for open, fair, and competitive procurement practices with equal opportunity for all Technical Consultants. GBRA particularly encourages qualified Small, Minority, and Women owned businesses to submit proposals in response to the RFQ. Questions are due by Sept 1st @ 2:00 PM.
