This is a solicitation for contractors / suppliers interested in entering into a Local Let Maintenance Contract to deliver Emulsion RC250 Asphalt Cutback (materials only) to the Sabine County Maintenance Yard for use on state-maintained roadways within the Sabine County Maintenance Section.
