Description
Contractor shall provide an on-call, as-needed, or emergency basis all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to repair pumps, wells, lift stations, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including residences, offices, shops/miscellaneous facility buildings and hunter check station. All repair and inspection work will ensure that the facilities continue to function properly. Agreement shall include yearly inspection of wells and pumps. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 10/30/24
