Description
Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to provide hardening and renovations to the Leon County Sheriff's Office Administration Building. This work includes but is not limited to: Interior – Renovation of approximately 700 square feet of the LCSO Administration Building lobby interiors to include new bullet resistant reception area, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes in the lobby, conference room and watch command station. Work will include demolition, installation of new walls and casework, revision of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection in renovated areas. Exterior – Installation of new steel bollards and precast concrete vehicle barriers at building frontage perimeter and at refueling tanks with cast in place concrete foundations. Repair or re-install irrigation system where affected and re-sod disturbed areas. BOnds required. Prevailing Wages.
