ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for construction of 1,498 SF at Hugo's Restaurant, 1600 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77006 for the following trades: Excavation, Demolition, Site Utilities, Site Fire Line, Erosion Control, Striping, Surveying, Lab Testing, Landscaping & Irrigation, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Steel Erection, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry, Wood Framing, Trusses, Lumber, Roofing, Insulation, Storefront, Skylights, Waterproofing, Joint Sealer, Doors, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguishers, Plumbing, HVAC, Air Balance Report, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler & Fire Alarm.
