This project is known as Package "A" Exterior Renovation and its Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following improvements: 1. Envelope: Roof Total replacement to include associated roofing components, repairs, and /or modifications. Façade restoration includes brick masonry, concrete, lintels, sealant repair, replacement and/or modifications. Construction of new; building front entry vestibule, building rear electrical/storage addition, interior electrical room and select 1st floor opening enlargements with window replacement. 2. Civil: includes select utility infrastructure work required for; new rear addition that includes generator, transformer and ATT utility underground connection scopes, relocation of water service at front of building and select underground sanitary repair and replacement. 3. Site Improvements: Reconfigure and construct new entry walkway accessible street drop-off and make other site improvements including but not limited to new site lighting, furniture, landscaping and required site restoration work from sewer line replacement work.
