Description
This William Jones Renovation Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Site Work: A new parking lot will be constructed west of the building which will include stormwater management, paving, lighting, sewers, fencing, and landscaping. Environmental site remediation will occur around the building. 2. Exterior Envelope: Façade restoration includes masonry, sealant replacement, lintels, mortar joints, patching of the roof, and flashing around AC units. A new vestibule will be constructed in the SE corner of the building which will service the new parking lot. 3. Building Systems: A new Make Up Air system will be installed in the building and mechanical equipment on the roof and clean existing duct work. 4. Interior Renovation: A new fitness center and library / computer will be created on the first floor. The RSC office will be relocated to the community room. Bonds required. Please see proposal regarding MBE/WBE/DBE participation. EEO requirements. Prevailing wages.
