The City of Sterling will receive sealed bids for the removal of a two-story, residential building located at 602 W. 7th Street and legally described as Lot 12 in Block 37 of Wallace's Addition, in the City of Sterling, Whiteside County, Illinois. PIN: 11-21-306-014. This project is funded with public money provided by the Illinois Housing Development Authority. There will be no progress payments for this project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
