Healthy Homes & Weatherization Program Contractor Invitation to Bidders List, Salt Lake UT

Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Division of Housing & Community Development (HCD) and The Office of Regional Development, “County” is soliciting applications from qualified firms “Applicant / Contractor” to provide remodeling of home and rental housings to make them healthy and safe according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Agency (HUD) requirements. County intends to establish a Multiple Award Contract that consists of a group of State of Utah Licensed General contractors. For each healthy homes housing project identified, selected Contractors will be invited to bid on healthy homes projects.
