Midas Creek Asphalt Trail & Pedestrian Bridge, South Jordan City UT

This project consists of the preparation and construction of an asphalt trail and the furnishing and installation of a pedestrian bridge. The Midas Creek Trail will be improved from 11800 South to 2700 West. The construction of the trail includes all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, sup pliers, mobilization and all other costs including overhead and profit to complete the job based on construction plans, APWA standards, and City requirements. City staff has provided an allowance for the pedestrian bridge to be purchased from CONTECH Engineered Solutions, LLC. Contractor shall request approval 5 days before the closure of the bid if Contractor desires to use another supplier. The pedestrian bridge shall be similar in design, color, and material as the existing one at 3200 West. The final design shall be approved by City staff after the bid is awarded. The deadline to complete the project is June 15, 2022. However, Contractor will only 45 days from the date contractors mobilize to the site to complete the project.
