Description
Plumbing Contractor to provide routine service work, preventative maintenance, equipment replacement, small projects (not to exceed $30,000) and emergency repairs. This work will include general plumbing fixture repairs, replacement and refurbishment; backflow preventer testing and repair/replacement; winterizations/de-winterization of plumbing systems at identified locations. Contractor must be able to respond to after-hours emergency repairs 24-hours a day, 365 days per year. Routine maintenance and testing will be completed on a schedule negotiated between successful Contractor and HPHA and HPHA will complete work order requests for routine and for non-routine services.
