This Request for Bids is for the replacement of seven (7) existing Trane roof top units (RTUs) located at the Southern Education Center (SEC) and the replacement of four (4) existing Sterling roof top units (RTUs) and removal of four (4) Trane ground mounted condensing units located at the Health & Human Performance Center (HPEC) Building #29. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
