Description
The successful contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, means and methods, and insurances required for the exterior painting of the balcony (located on Carroll St above garage doors), cornice (side and back of building), and the handrails at side of building at the Miller Senate Building located at 11 Bladen St, Annapolis, MD. The work shall be completed within _90_ calendar days from the start date of the contract. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/20/21. This is a small business reserve (SBR) only solicitation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
